How do I schedule an appointment?

Do you accept insurance?
Yes, some of our clinicians are in-network with several major insurance providers, including Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Healthcare, Aetna. If we are out-of-network for your plan, we can provide you with a superbill for potential reimbursement through your insurance provider. Please note that acceptance of certain insurances changes with time, please contact your insurance provider directly for a complete list of in-network providers.
What are your session rates?
Pricing varies based on the clinician and service requested. Sliding scale rates are available for those without insurance.
What should I expect in my first session?
The first session (Intake Session) is about getting to know you. We’ll discuss your concerns, gather background information, and collaborate on your therapy goals. It’s a safe, conversational space to set the foundation for your journey.
Do you offer teletherapy (online sessions)?
Yes, we offer secure, HIPAA-compliant teletherapy sessions for clients who prefer the convenience of remote therapy. All you need is a device with internet access and a private space to connect.
What ages do you work with?
We provide services for children (age 10+), teens, adults, and seniors. Our clinicians are trained to support a wide range of life stages and challenges. Children under the age of 10 will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Do you provide court-ordered services or forensic evaluations?
Yes. We offer court-ordered counseling services and child custody evaluations. For legal professionals seeking referrals, please contact us directly.
What is your cancellation policy?
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee of the full standard price of a session with your clinician. Emergencies will, of course, be considered.
What if I’m in crisis or having an emergency?
We are not an emergency service provider. If you are in immediate danger or experiencing a mental health crisis, please call 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline), go to your nearest emergency room, or call 911.
